These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DoodadLabs website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the same legally binding agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. About DoodadLabs

DoodadLabs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides web security services, including but not limited to an embedded Web Application Firewall (WAF), traffic analysis, and automated threat detection tools.

Our Services are designed to reduce risk but do not guarantee complete protection against all security threats.

2. Policies Incorporated by Reference

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern how we collect, use, and store personal data and cookies in connection with the Services.

Agreement to these Terms constitutes agreement to those policies in their entirety.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.

4. Accounts

An account may be required to access some or all Services.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

  • You must keep your account information accurate and up to date.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each individual or organisation must maintain their own account.

5. Permitted Use and Website Ownership

You may only connect websites, applications, or platforms that you own or are legally authorised to manage.

You may not:

  • Connect third-party websites without permission

  • Allow others to use your account

  • Route third-party traffic through your account

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written consent

6. Free and Paid Services

We may offer free and paid plans with varying features and limits. Pricing and plan details are published on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan, feature, or pricing at any time, without notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Interfere with system or network security

  • Gain unauthorised access to data or systems

  • Distribute malware or malicious payloads

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour

8. AI and Automated Processing

We use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, to analyse traffic and detect security threats in accordance with UK GDPR Article 22 safeguards.

No automated decision-making produces legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human review.

9. Intellectual Property

All Services, software, documentation, and materials are owned by or licensed to DoodadLabs and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.

10. Service Availability and Downtime

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for downtime, outages, or service interruptions.

You are solely responsible for implementing backups, fail-safes, and fallback systems.

11. No Advice or Reliance

Any alerts, logs, or insights are provided for informational purposes only.

We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or losses resulting from reliance on the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or earnings

  • Business interruption or data loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
